The time spent waiting in line at the Fast Food chain (which might as well be putting garbage in your mouth) can be even quicker to run in & grab prewashed veggies, fruit & other healthier alternatives. Our body is a temple but we often treat it more like a receptacle. I'm so shocked that no one has come up with a healthy fast food restaurant (outside Subway that is). Wouldn't it be great to have a place like that where everything was organic, fresh & healthy & if you ate there you'd lose weight? I agree with you Leah.
